Today is ‪#‎InternationalDayOfPeace‬ – at EMERGENCY UK we believe in spreading a culture of peace, solidarity, and respect for human rights. We believe that peace comes through not only ending wars, but ending inequality and discrimination. We want a world in which governments guarantee the basic equality of all members of society and the right to medical treatment that is both of a high standard and free of charge.
