Koko Jamal is No Longer With Us

Koko Jamal is no longer with us.

He was one of the longstanding figures in our Kabul Surgical Centre, working with us since 2002. As Driver Supervisor, he trained our teams of drivers for years, teaching them how to move around one of the most dangerous cities in the world, while ensuring the maximum safety of all colleagues.

Those of us who worked with Koko remember him for his diligence, his passion and his ability to handle all situations – even the most difficult ones – with composure and rationality. He always had a smile on his face.

He was a member of the EMERGENCY family and remains in our memories.

We will miss you, Koko.
