A New EMERGENCY Project: The Centre of Excellence in Paediatric Surgery, Uganda
A new EMERGENCY project will open in Uganda in 2019!
The Centre of Excellence in Paediatric Surgery in Entebbe will be built on the banks of Lake Victoria, 35 kilometres from the Ugandan capital, Kampala. The hospital, designed by world renowned architect Renzo Piano, will offer free treatment and act as a referral centre for Ugandan patients as well as children from all over Africa in need of surgery.
