An Enormous Thank You to ISHKAR.

Earlier this year, our amazing friends at ISHKAR started a photography print fundraiser for EMERGENCY’s healthcare projects across Afghanistan. Over a dozen of the world’s most renowned photographers generously offered their work for sale, and the response was truly incredible. Thousands of people bought photos and donated directly, leading to over $123,000 being raised for EMERGENCY.

In the most difficult times and darkest of moments, initiatives like these give us strength and hope, and enable us to carry on with our mandate of providing free, high-quality medical care to the Afghan people.
